Shipping & Packaging: We ship UPS and USPS. International shipping rates are based on weight, destination and packaging materials used. International shipments by UPS may require an additional brokerage charge from UPS when delivered for taxes and duty and are the responsibility of the end user.
Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee charged for all returned orders. Product must be returned in original unused condition. We are unable to refund shipping charges except in the case of defective merchandise. Please include your receipt and reason for return. When can I expect my order to ship?
We ship in-stock orders within 1-3 business days of order placement. If paying by check or money order, we must wait for your payment to arrive (and checks to clear) before shipping your order. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 weeks from shipment date for delivery. We do ship from Arizona so West coast customers may receive their packages within a day or two, East coast residents can expect their deliveries to take a few days more.
Which payment options do you accept?
You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, check, money order. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We do wait for personal checks to clear before shipping.
How do I pay with PayPal?
If you are using our secure shopping cart to place an order, just choose PayPal as your payment option, and you will automatically reach our PayPal payment screen. Otherwise you may login to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com, click on Send Money, and send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I pay by Internet check?
You can use PayPal to pay by check! You just need to select your bank account as your payment option when sending payment to us through PayPal. If you choose "instant transfer" your funds will be secured by your credit card, and we will receive payment right away. If you choose "e-check", your funds will not be secured, and we will receive your payment in 3-4 days when the funds clear your bank. Either option will take the money from your bank account just like a paper check. If you choose "e-check", we will need to wait for the funds to clear and appear in our PayPal account before shipping your package.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your payment or order. Your automatic confirmation will vary depending on which payment option you select.
